Minami Toronto offers innovative Japanese cuisine, a creative cocktail, wine and sake programme, and a chic and contemporary atmosphere. As a part of the front-of-house team, you will play an integral role in providing top-notch service and upholding our standards of excellence.
We’re also looking for back-of-house positions to join our culinary team, led by Chef de Cuisine Eric Chung, Head Sushi Chef Danny Kwon, and Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi. As a part of our back-of-house team, you will get to learn from the best culinary talent in the industry, and prepare and create innovative and signature dishes.
